PerfectDays by trainrAI is a lifestyle tool that was created to help individuals build powerful health habits, routines & skills. The goal of the app is to encourage people to complete simple health tasks every day in order to build consistency and habits.

A PerfectDay consists of completing all core tasks:
Mindfulness (meditate, breathwork or pray)
Take Picture (take a progress picture)
Activity (move for at least 30 minutes)
Learn (learn something useful every day)
Drink Water (set a daily goal)
Follow a diet (your choice)

The app keeps track of your PerfectDay streak. If you miss a task, your streak goes back to zero.

Your goal is to achieve as long a streak as possible or set yourself a mental goal to achieve a specific streak goal like 30, 60, or 90 days. To stay motivated and make it more fun, encourage your friends to download the app and challenge each other.

Advanced Feature: Bonus Tasks to save your streak
Each time you achieve a perfect day (all core tasks) + a bonus task for seven straight days, you earn a credit. Credits can then be used to save your streak and prevent it from resetting back to 0. That allows you to skip a day without losing your streak.

Advanced Feature: Physical assessment & weight tracking
Physical activity is essential when improving your lifestyle. trainrAI has an integrated physical assessment that guides you through 5 exercises and records your results. Over time, you can track changes in your results and see how you are progressing.
